Read on to discover how we ensure a fair and exciting gaming experience for all participants.

Fair Competition and Player Conduct

At Black Diamond Card Club, we prioritize fair competition and uphold high standards of player conduct. We expect all participants to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Sportsmanship

Sportsmanship is a core value in our tournaments. We expect players to demonstrate respect, integrity, and fair play towards their opponents and the game. Unsportsmanlike behavior, such as cheating, collusion, or disrespect towards fellow players or staff members, will not be tolerated.

2. Tournament Format

Our tournaments are organized in various formats, such as single-elimination, double-elimination, or round-robin. Each tournament will have specific rules regarding match lengths, point systems, and tournament progression. Players are encouraged to review and understand the format before participating.

3. Timekeeping

Punctuality is crucial to ensure smooth tournament operations. Participants must arrive at the designated registration and check-in times to avoid disqualification. Latecomers may be given penalties or forfeit their matches.

4. Equipment and Game Setups

All equipment and game setups used in our tournaments will be standardized to ensure fairness. Participants should refrain from tampering with or altering any equipment provided by Black Diamond Card Club. Any technical issues should be reported to the designated staff members for prompt resolution.

Prize Distribution and Rules

Black Diamond Card Club offers exciting prizes and rewards for tournament winners. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following rules:

1. Prize Pool

The prize pool for each tournament will be clearly communicated prior to the event. The distribution of prizes will depend on the tournament format and the number of participants. The prize distribution will be announced at the end of each tournament.

2. Prize Eligibility

3. Prize Collection

2. Code of Conduct Violations

If a participant is found to be in violation of the code of conduct, appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken, ranging from verbal warnings to immediate disqualification and even bans from future tournaments. We strive to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
